The brokerage engages in the distribution of insurance, providing independent advice based on objective and personalized analysis, always with the aim of helping you to contract the products that best fit your profile and interests.


SECOND. Registration.

The brokerage is registered in the administrative register of insurance and reinsurance distributors, with registration number J-1379. This register is public and can be consulted by sending a request to the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds, or by checking the webpage of the same http://www.dgsfp.mineco.es


THIRD. Customer Service.

To address and resolve complaints and claims, the brokerage has an external Customer Service through Inade, Instituto Atlántico del Seguro, S.L., located at La Paz street, 2, Bajo, 36202-Vigo (Pontevedra) and email atencioncliente@inade.org.

This Service is obligated to resolve complaints or claims within a maximum period of one month if the client is considered a "consumer" and within two months in other cases. If the resolution is not satisfactory, you may contact the Complaints Service of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds, provided you have submitted the complaint or claim in writing to our Customer Service.
