Internal Information System
SABSEG GROUP S.L. has an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and combat corruption, with the aim of early detection of possible irregularities within the organization and adopting preventive measures to prevent their future commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting infringements committed within the entity, protecting him/her against reprisals, discrimination, and any other form of unfair treatment.
The company also guarantees accessibility to the Internal Information System and protection of the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated into the Internal Information System itself, which is intended to keep, record, and preserve the actions that take place as a result of submitting information applicable to Law 2/2023.
