At PARRA GERONA CORREDORES DE SEGUROS S.L., we have an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory violations and fight against corruption, with the aim of early detection of possible irregularities within the organization and adopting preventive measures to prevent their future commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting violations committed in the entity, protecting them against reprisals, discrimination, and any other form of unfair treatment.
The company also guarantees accessibility to the Internal Information System and protection of the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated into the Internal Information System itself, whose purpose is to manage, register, and maintain the actions that take place as a result of the submission of information applicable under Law 2/2023.
