At POOLSEGUR, S.L we have an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and combat corruption, with the aim of early detecting possible irregularities within the organization and adopting preventive measures to prevent their future commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.

The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting violations committed within the entity, protecting him/her against reprisals, discrimination, and any other type of unfair treatment.

The company also guarantees access to the Internal Information System and protection of the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated into the internal information system itself, whose purpose is the management, registration, and conservation of the actions that take place as a consequence of the presentation of information applicable to Law 2/2023.
