At GUILLERMO ADELL CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L., we have an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and fight against corruption, with the aim of early detection of possible irregularities within the organization and adopting preventive measures to prevent future commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting infringements committed within the entity, protecting them against retaliation, discrimination, and any other form of unfair treatment.
The company also guarantees access to the Internal Information System and protection of the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated within the Internal Information System, whose purpose is the management, registration, and conservation of actions that occur as a result of the presentation of information applicable under Law 2/2023.
