Occupational risk prevention policy

It is fundamental policy of SABSEG GROUP (BROKERS ALLIANCE SL, Banasegur, SAU, ASESORIA INTEGRAL DE SEGURO AGROPECUARIOS SLU, Ores & Bryan, S.L., BROKERS CONSULTORES DE SEGUROS CORREDURIA DE SEGUROS SA, POOLSEGUR, S.L., GUILLERMO ADELL CORREDURIA DE SEGUROS SL, CARANTIA TRES SL CORREDURIA DE SEGUROS, ICBA IBERICA, CORREDURIA DE SEGUROS S.L.) that all its workers carry out their activities in an environment that guarantees their safety, ensuring that this policy is appropriate to the purpose, size, and context of the organization and to the specific nature of its risks and opportunities for Safety and Health at work.

The Management of SABSEG GROUP, committed to Occupational Risk Prevention, as well as to the minimization of years, the promotion of the health of the workers, with the continuous improvement of the management of Safety and Health at Work and considering that the most important asset of the company is its staff, states that the fundamental principles of its Safety and Health policy are:

• Complying with current legal regulations regarding Safety and Health at Work, implementing safety and health techniques, as well as the requirements of our clients, as an ethical and moral imperative.

• Developing, applying, and maintaining a management model for Occupational Risk Prevention aimed at the continuous improvement of working conditions, providing this policy as the reference framework for establishing safety and health objectives at work.

• Eliminating hazards and reducing identified risks for Safety and Health at Work.

• Interaction of this system in the management of our company, so that prevention is incorporated into all activities that are carried out affecting the safety, health, or well-being of our workers.

• Ensuring consultation, participation, and information of the workers.

• Developing the necessary training activities for the development of the preventive policy.

• Integrating into our policy all our supplier companies and subcontractors who work for us or in our company.

• Carrying out periodic reviews of the systems set for achieving the main objective.

• Promotion of health, incorporating a specific program for it.

All this, with the objective of improving the safety and health of all workers of SABSEG GROUP, of complying with and enforcing the principles set out in this policy, as well as involving all workers.
