At BROKERS CONSULTORES DE SEGUROS CORREDURIA DE SEGUROS, S.A., we have an Internal Information System to comply with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, with the aim of early detection of possible irregularities within the organization and adopting preventive measures to prevent their future commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting infringements committed within the entity, protecting him/her from retaliation, discrimination, and any other form of unfair treatment.
The company also ensures accessibility to the Internal Information System and protection of the whistleblower through the technological platform integrated into the Internal Information System itself, whose purpose is the management, registration, and preservation of the actions that occur as a result of the submission of information to which Law 2/2023 is applicable.
